At NPS Solovair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure boots are tried on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the soles before deciding to keep them.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Solovair box and secure it inside a mailing bag or outer cardboard box to protect the branding.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our UK-based warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
